Raffle Calendar Fundraiser
It’s that time of year! We are underway with our Calendar Raffle Fundraiser. Here is how it works:
- First and foremost, ALL fundraisers are 100% OPTIONAL. You do NOT have to participate.
- Sell calendars to family and friends for $10 each (CASH ONLY) through 11/30. Each calendar gives 31 chances to win amazing prizes!
- Turn in raffle slips and cash to the office during posted hours by 11/30.
- For each calendar sold, $5 is credited to your account and $5 goes to our scholarship account to assist dancers experiencing financial hardship.
- Starting December 1st, a raffle slip will be drawn daily. The top prize on that calendar day goes to the ticket holder, and the bottom prize goes to the dancer who sold the winning slip. Winners will be announced daily on social media and notified by phone.
- Feel free to make copies of the emailed calendar or pick up extra copies in the office!
Holiday Orders
We are offering a variety of holiday gifts for you and your dancer, including our famous Personalized Sweatshirts! Orders can be kept secret if you are saving them as holiday presents.

Attendance/Tardy Policy Reminder
Please review our studio attendance policy carefully:
- Recital Eligibility: Dancers with 12 unexcused absences will no longer be able to perform in the recital, regardless of costume purchases.
- Excused Absences: Absences are only excused with a doctor’s note submitted directly to the office.
- Impact on Class: Regular attendance is crucial for choreography, stunt partners, and overall group progress.
- Tardiness: Three tardies counts as ONE unexcused absence.
- Private Lessons: Habitual absences may require a private lesson ($25 fee) at the instructor’s discretion to catch up on choreography. However, private lessons do not negate previous absences.
Costume Measuring Week
During Costume Measuring Week, Miss Kiirsten will personally measure each child during regular class time to determine their recital costume size.
- Sizing Process: Measurements are taken for bust, waist, hips, and girth with extra room added for growth, then matched to manufacturer size charts.
- Selecting Sizes Yourself: If you prefer to choose your child’s size, you must reach out to schedule a time to meet with Miss Kiirsten. If you do not schedule an appointment, sizing decisions will be left to studio staff.
Additional Fees: There is a $15 exchange fee for any costume that is ordered and needs to be exchanged due to a sizing conflict (REGARDLESS WHO CHOSE THE SIZE). There is also a $10 fee for Extra Large Adult & up costumes. FYI SOME COMPANIES ARE NOT ALLOWING EXCHANGES!
Popcorn Delivery
Popcorn orders will be available for pickup ONLY on Friday, November 20th from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Mandatory Pickup: You MUST pick up your order on this day.
- Flexible Timing: There are no assigned time slots—stop by anytime between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If orders arrive earlier, we will send a text notification.
Angel Tags
We are participating in the Salvation Army Angel Tag program again this year. Participation is 100% optional.
- How It Works: Email the office to receive child info, purchase a winter coat in the requested size/gender, place it unwrapped in a gift bag, and return it to the studio.
- Due Date: Monday, November 30th
Costumes/Digital Download Package
Please review the details below regarding costume and digital download package payments:
- Digital Download Package: Every family participating in Recital is required to purchase the Digital Download package. Package includes all Recital music and a digital copy of each show your dancer is performing in.
- Payment Deadline: All unpaid costume and digital download fees (plus outstanding tuition) are due by December 12th. Costumes cannot be ordered without full payment. Any student with unpaid costumes after December 12th is ineligible for recital.
- Costume Rate: Costumes are $85 each (early bird rate expired 10/17). Check class descriptions or your parent portal for total costumes required per dancer.
- Adult XL+ Surcharge: Additional $10 fee per adult XL and up costume. These sizes are directly upcharged by the costume companies, not PDA.
- Exchange Policy: $15 exchange fee per costume (if permitted by manufacturer shipping timelines), regardless of whether PDA Staff or parents chose the size.
Toy Drive
HELP OUR DANCER BRIELLE COLLECT TOYS IN HONOR OF HER BROTHER, MADDOX’S MEMORY! Our Studio will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for the toy drive event, benefitting the Operation Christmas Program here in Fall River! Bring in a toy now thru December 12th by 12:00 noon and it will be given directly to the Almeida family for this cause. Thank you and please share the flyer below with others in our community!
