Last Call for Recital T-shirt Orders
Recital T-shirts will feature the Recital Logo on the front and a list of all the dancers (even if you are not performing in Recital and registered before 4/1/24). Mini Movers are also featured on the back of our recital shirts! We will also be selling Recital T-shirts that say “Dance Mom” or “Dance Dad” on the back. Cost of a pre-ordered T-shirt is $30. Deadline is 5/18/24. Like last year, we will NOT be ordering any extras to sell so YOU WILL NOT GET A SHIRT IF YOU DO NOT PRE-ORDER. Last Call for 5 Year Dance Trophy
If your child has been dancing at Pirouette for 5 consecutive years, they are eligible for a 5 Year Dance Trophy. PLEASE SIGN THEM UP in the office or send an email so we can put them on the list. We try our best to keep track but we want to make sure we don’t miss anyone. Deadline for sign up is 5/18. If they have been dancing more than 5 years there is no reason to sign up. We will have them on the list for their next available medal/trophy based on last year’s recital program.

Please check the lost and found under the small bench next to Studio B. We will be donating everything not claimed after May 10th.
Recital Ticket Sales
We will be selling tickets for the Recital on Sunday 6/9/24 @ 8:00 AM. YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE PAID IN FULL INCLUDING JUNE TUITION BEFORE YOU CAN BUY TICKETS.
- We now have two options for purchasing Recital Tickets!!!
- You can come to the studio on 6/9/24 to purchase tickets.
- You can fill out the google form and purchase tickets online however, YOU WILL GET BEST AVAILABLE SEATS ONCE PEOPLE PURCHASE ON TICKET DAY.

- Recital Ticket sales are from 8:00AM-10:00AM at the studio on Sunday, June 9th. YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE PAID IN FULL, INCLUDING JUNE TUITION, IN ORDER TO BUY TICKETS.
- CASH/CREDIT CARD ONLY SALE (no checks will be accepted)
- From 8:00AM-10:00AM you will be guaranteed 8 TOTAL Recital tickets (NOT EIGHT PER SHOW)! If you do not come during this block or pre-order online prior to 10:00 AM, you will forfeit your guaranteed tickets and they will be sold as extras the following business day.
- Tickets are $20 each (children under 2 years old can sit on an adult’s lap with a STAMPED ticket- we must be made aware of this when you purchase your tickets as we need an accurate count per fire code).
- You may send a representative for you to purchase tickets if you are unable to come, as long as your account is paid in full. You CANNOT have another dance mom buy your tickets unless they are using from their own allotted 8.
- Tickets are assigned seating and are PER SHOW. An afternoon ticket cannot be used for the evening show and vice versa.
- Once 10:00 AM rolls around, or the in person line is over, we will close our doors and process all online pre-orders in the order in which they were received.
- After all guaranteed seats are sold, any extras will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the studio or by phone the following day starting at 4:00 PM
- If you are a mother and do not want to purchase a ticket since you will be able to watch the live feed in the back, as well as the parent section while your child is on stage, you will be allowed to come in FOR AWARDS ONLY, STANDING ROOM ONLY at the end of the second show. You must have your parent pass on (will be distributed at rehearsal).

Raffle for Ticket #1 on Ticket Day
Everyone is going to want ticket number one on ticket day so they can sleep in and not stand in line but still be the first one to buy tickets! As in past years, we are doing a raffle to benefit our scholarship fund. We will be selling tickets for $1 each and will pull the winner on June 8th at 9:00 AM! The more tickets you buy, the more of a chance you have to win! ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND! Winning this raffle means you will have the number one spot on ticket day. You DO NOT need to wake up early, just be there by 8:00 AM and you are the first one to purchase tickets and pick your own seats. Let’s see how much we can raise! Tickets are for sale in the office, CASH ONLY PLEASE.
MANDATORY Finale Rehearsals
REHEARSALS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL FINALE DANCERS. If you miss one rehearsal, you will be required to do a mandatory make up for the cost of $10. If you miss two rehearsals and/or a mandatory make up, you are no longer allowed to participate in the finale due to the limited rehearsal times (as previously mentioned upon sign up). Finale groups are posted on the bulletin board in the waiting room (Purple Costume= Group 1; Teal Costume= Group 2). See below for the schedule:

Registration and Schedule for Next Season
Electronic Registration forms and next season’s dance schedule will be coming out on Monday, May 6th at 8:00 AM. Please check your email and register your child if you plan on enrolling them again next season. Remember that enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis and the majority of our classes always sell out FAST (especially for ages 5-11). Stay tuned for the schedule and registration link on Monday!
Please Consider Helping Underprivileged Children in Honduras
Miss Jocelyn’s sister, along with her DB Team, will be traveling to Honduras with the Soles4Souls organization to bring shoes to underprivileged children. In addition, they will be creating care packages to distribute in Honduras at schools, orphanages, and throughout their local communities. If you are able, please consider donating an item or two that are featured on the attached wish list! Items can be brought into the studio and placed in the designated box in our waiting room! All donations are accepted between now and May 17th! Should you prefer, Monetary donations towards supplying the kids with shoes can be made by clicking here.
