Inclement Weather
Just a reminder: if there is no class due to the weather, it will be put on the studio voicemail no later than 3:30 PM during the week and 7:30AM on Saturday. We will also email and post on all social media outlets. Please call the studio if you are unsure.
Costumes
Some costumes have started making their arrival at the studio. As costumes come in, we will send a text that students will be getting them in class. You are welcome to come in and help them get dressed and see the costume. We will then have them try on the costume and do the dance to ensure everything is OK. Once they are approved by Miss Kiirsten or Miss Jocelyn, we will send you an email with any directions or notice of a special circumstance, if applicable. Please note that due to the supply chain issues this year, we CANNOT guarantee size exchanges will arrive in time. Multiple costumes have already been changed from the original selection due to the late ship dates, as we cannot have costumes come in after the Recital. Please keep this in mind before requesting a size exchange. Reminder, all processed exchanges will incur a $10 fee.
NEW PDA Apparel
We will be doing pre orders of new PDA apparel including, sweatpants, shirts, tanks, and headbands. We will NOT be stocking any of this new merchandise so if you want an item(s), your only chance of getting it is by pre-ordering!

Dance Videos
When we email out the dance videos home to parents, it is not only so you can see the students’ progress but also as a tool to help kids practice at home. It would be very helpful if students referenced the videos at home for extra practice before they come to class each week. If you are not getting videos, please let us know immediately.
Order Your Child’s Recital Music To Practice At Home
Besides sending home videos, we will be offering the sale of your child’s cut Recital music on a USB flash drive. You are welcome to look the songs up but 99% of the music is an edited version of the original song for various reasons. The cost is $10 plus tax. WE ARE ALSO OFFERING THE ENTIRE RECITAL SOUNDTRACK (Over 50 Songs!) FOR JUST $20 plus tax (GREAT FOR SIBLINGS IN DIFFERENT CLASSES)! Class Absences
If your child is going to be absent for class, please call or email us to make us aware. If you know of any vacations or days they will not be here please let us know and we can submit ahead of time. Reminder: Per our contract, excessive absences will result in mandatory private lessons at a cost of $25 each. After 12 unexcused absences within the season, your child will NOT be able to participate in Recital 2023.
