APRIL 2018

Important Dates:

    • o   THERE WILL BE CLASS ON TUESDAY 4/17 AND THURSDAY 4/19 FOR SNOW MAKE UP

  • Picture Week- 5/14-5/19
  • Recital T-shirts and messages due by 5/26

Important Yearly Dates:

  • Picture Week– May 14th -May 19th   
  • Recital Ticket Sales– Sunday, June 3rd from 8:00AM-12:00PM
  • Rehearsal– Wednesday, June 27th @ 5:00 PM
  • Dress Rehearsal– Thursday, June 28th @ 5:00 PM
  • Recital– Saturday, June 30th @ 12:00 and 5:00 PM

 

 

Recital Packet

Please read the Recital packet thoroughly. If you do not have one please see the office or print off the website. All of the forms needed for Recital are in this packet. We are accepting orders for everything (T-shirt, Messages, Ad, DVD) now.

 

Costumes

By now almost everyone should have all of their costumes unless they were on back order. If you feel you are missing a costume, please see Miss Kiirsten ASAP. Please also keep all parts of your costumes together and in a safe place because WE DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENTS FOR ANY PIECES! Placement of accessories and hair pieces will be marked in the costume book. Everyone will need to purchase new tights for Picture Week and Recital. Tights for the Recital can be purchased through the studio. You may get them on your own if you wish but they MUST BE THE SAME BRAND AND COLOR NAME. The reason for this is so everyone’s tights match on stage. Tights bought for the recital are not to be worn during class please! I will also be selling hair nets and other necessities for the recital! Lastly, your child will not be able to participate in pictures or recital if they do not have all of the proper pieces/accessories, proper tights, and proper shoes!

 

Registration for next year!

Next month we will be sending out our new registration forms, so you can register for next season for a 50% discounted price of $10!!!!!! Please note students who registered after 1/2018 can register for FREE for next season!! Class schedule for next year will be coming out shortly.

 

Recital T-Shirts/Dance Mom Recital T-shirts-

Recital T-Shirts will feature the Recital logo and a list of all students on the back. Everyone will be given and emailed an order form. These are great to wear during Recital when walking around since costumes are prohibited in foyer area. You can also wear them during class! PLEASE PAY WHEN ORDERS ARE PLACED AND HAVE THEM IN BY SATURDAY 5/26! We will also have “Dance Mom” and “Dance Dad” Recital T-shirts again this year!!!

Summer Classes

IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED FOR STUDENTS TO ENROLL IN SUMMER CLASSES TO KEEP UP WITH THEIR DANCE KNOWLEDGE ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE ON THE BORDER OF MOVING UP NEXT YEAR!

$100 (ONE TIME FEE DUE BY JUNE 30th)

REGISTERED FOR 7-8 CLASSES PER WEEK

$200 (ONE TIME FEE DUE BY JUNE 30th)

REGISTERED FOR 9-10 CLASSES PER WEEK

  • STUDENTS CANNOT MISS MORE THAN 2 CLASSES PER GENRE IN ORDER TO AUDITION. NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES
  • ACRO & JAZZ STUDENTS THAT WISH TO AUDITION MUST REGISTER FOR BALLET AS WELL AS STRETCH & STRENGTH
  • Pointe requires teacher approval (for anyone that does not currently take the class)
  • A CONSISTENT BACK HANDSPRING /AERIAL IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THIS ACRO SUMMER CLASS! AN INTERMEDIATE ACRO CLASS WILL BE HELD IN STUDIO A FOR STUDENTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS PREREQUISITE!
