• Recital Ticket Sales- Sunday, June 4^th from 8:00AM-12:00PM
• Rehearsal- Tuesday, June 20^th  @ 5:00 PM
• Dress Rehearsal-Wednesday, June 21^st @ 5:00 PM
• Recital- Sunday, June 25^th (2 shows) @ 12:00 and 5:00 PM

 

Costumes

Costumes FOR STUDIO A DANCERS ONLY will be distributed the week of 3/27 and A PARENT/GURADIAN MUST ATTEND OR SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK AND TAKE COSTUME HOME. Costumes FOR STUDIO B DANCERS ONLY will be distributed the week of 4/3. Your child will not be able to try on costumes by themselves and/or take home if you or an adult is not present. Most costumes should be in by then. If they are not all in we will let you know and schedule another time to give them out. Please keep in mind costumes are not custom made to your child’s measurements. If you do not like the size there will be a $10 exchange fee to cover restocking fees and mailing fees. ONCE THE COSTUME LEAVES THE STUDIO WE WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE so please check them before you leave. Please also keep all parts of your costumes together and in a safe place because WE DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENTS FOR ANY PIECES! As costumes come in we will determine placement of pieces and they will be marked in the costume book. Everyone will need to purchase new tights for the recital. Tights for the recital can be purchased through the studio. You may get them on your own if you wish but they MUST BE THE SAME BRAND AND COLOR NAME. The reason for this is so everyone’s tights match on stage. Tights bought for the recital are not to be worn during class please! I will also be selling hair nets and other necessitates for the recital! Lastly, your child will not be able to participate in pictures or recital if they do not have all of the proper pieces/accessories, proper tights, and proper shoes!

5 Year Trophy Awards

Anyone due for a five year trophy this year, WHO HAS BEEN DANCING AT THIS STUDIO FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE YEARS, please put your name on the list in the Office. Time at other dance studios does not count. If you don’t put your name down you will not receive the trophy you deserve. Deadline is 4/8 for your trophy!

 

Registration for next year!

Next month we will be sending out our new registration forms so you can register for next season for a 50% discounted price of $10!!!!!! Please note students who registered after 1/2017 can register for FREE for next season!! Class schedule for next year will be coming out shortly.

Recital Packet

You will be receiving the Recital Packet this month. This packet will have EVERYTHING you need to know about Recital and everything that goes along with it. All of your questions should be answered in this packet. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. I sell everything needed for Recital.

Recital T-Shirts/Dance Mom Recital T-shirts

Recital T-Shirts will feature the Recital logo and a list of all students on the back. Everyone will be given and emailed an order form. These are great to wear during Recital when walking around since costumes are prohibited in foyer area. You can also wear them during class! PLEASE PAY WHEN ORDERS ARE PLACED AND HAVE THEM IN BY Wednesday 5/31! We will also have “Dance Mom” Recital T-shirts/Tanks again this year!!! They will feature the Recital logo on front and will say “Dance Mom” on the back!!!! If you would like a T-shirt/Tank that says something else (ie. “Dance Dad” or “Dance Vavo”) just LET US KNOW!

 

Finale Rehearsals

We have decided to do one finale routine with three groups. Finale groups posted on board. Please note that the first two practices will be separate and the last two will be all groups together. PLEASE REMEMBER OUR STRICT ATTENDANCE POLICY, IF YOU MISS A REHEARSAL YOU MUST MAKE IT UP FOR A FEE OF $10. If you miss more than two you will be removed from the finale WITH NO REFUND Below is the schedule:

Acro Summer Camp

Acro Summer camp will be held 8/14-8/18 9:00AM to noon. It is open to students in Acro 1,2, & 3. It is $100 for the week or $30 per day. Space is limited to 20 students and requires you to sign up and make a 50% deposit.

Summer Classes

Summer class schedule and pricing will be on the board.

Disney Trip 2018

We will be holding a meeting to discuss our 2018 Disney trip on April 9^th at 1:00PM. This opportunity is only offered for students who will be at least 11 years old by February 2018.
