We have decided to switch to Popcorn this year. Forms are available now\, and this is a CASH ONLY fundraiser. You will receive 50% profit of what you sell. Money and Forms are due by Saturday\, 10/3. You may turn in forms early if someone is available in the office. Please make sure forms are filled out neatly as they are scanned through a computer system. Popcorn will need to be picked up at the studio on Friday\, 11/20. Top Seller will win an electric scooter and Ticket #2 on Ticket Day. Second Top Seller will win Ticket #3 on Ticket Day!

SUMMARY:Calendar Raffle Donations being Collected
DESCRIPTION:The Calendar Raffle is another fundraiser we do yearly. Unlike Cookie Dough\, this is also to help replenish the scholarship fund. We are able to give out more and more money to students in need each year and this fundraiser is where a lot of the funds come from.  \n  \nHow it works: \nThe calendar will be for the month of December. The cost is $10 per calendar ($5 to your account & $5 to the scholarship fund). You will sell them for the month of November (and end of October). Each day in December we will pick a name and that person will win the prize associated with that day. In the past\, we have gotten enough donations to also give the seller something but that goes based on donations collected.  \n  \nGetting a donation: \nDonations to the calendar will be due by Saturday\, 10/10. We are asking that you go to local businesses and ask them to donate for the calendar. It can be a gift card\, money\, gift basket\, items\, etc. No donation is too big or too small; we make it work. We have attached a graphic below that you can bring to present to the business when asking for the donation. All businesses that donate do get their logo featured on the calendar.

SUMMARY:Calendar Raffle Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to launch our biggest fundraiser of the year\, our Raffle Calendar. For the newcomers\, this fundraiser is simple! Calendars cost $10. Each person that buys a calendar is getting 31 chances to win a prize! On each day in December\, we will pull a slip. The person pulled will win the top prize shown on the calendar for that day. The bottom prize will be awarded to the dancer that sold the calendar to the person pulled that day. \n\nEach time you sell a calendar and turn in your slips and cash\, $5 will be credited to your dancer’s account for costumes\, tuition\, competition fees\, etc. The other $5 will be deposited into our scholarship account for dancers facing financial hardship. It’s truly a win-win for all involved! \n\nYou may sell calendars now through Monday\, November 30th. You can turn in slips and cash anytime between now and 11/30/26. Please note\, we cannot accept any slips or money after this date! As with all fundraisers\, this is CASH ONLY (no checks/cards accepted for any fundraising). Feel free to post the image of the calendar on your social media accounts to help you sell! Printed copies will be available in the office. We have also attached both the calendar and sheet of slips to this email for those of you able to print your own.
