DESCRIPTION:Finale is open to students in Combo 1 & up. There will be a $25 fee to be in the finale. There will also be a costume fee of $65. You will be billed for both when you sign up. Practice times to be announced based on sign ups. We will have 2 rehearsals on Friday nights. Dates TBA.  Attendance to these rehearsals is very important. Sign-up sheet will be posted by the office. Please note there will be a mandatory make up class required for every class missed. This will be an additional fee of $10 per class for material missed and the class will be 30 mins.

SUMMARY:Costume Sizing Week
DESCRIPTION:Costume Measuring week is when I\, Miss Kiirsten\, will personally measure each child so we can pick out the appropriate size costume for them. I measure the bust\, hips\, waist and girth and add an extra inch or so for growing room. Once I have measured every child I will then compare the measurements to a sizing chart to pick the appropriate size for your child. You have the option to let me choose the size or you may review the size chart and select the size you want. The time for you to come in to pick a size is 11/17 from 11:30AM- 1:00PM & 11/19 4:00-6:00. If you do not come on that day or make other arrangements with me you are forfeiting your right to choose your child’s costume size and leaving it to me.  Either way\, there is a $10 exchange fee for any costume that is ordered and needs to be exchanged due to a sizing conflict. There is also a $10 fee XL & up adult costume.

DESCRIPTION:Otis Fundraiser \nEvery year we do an OPTIONAL fundraiser thru Otis to help reduce the cost of costumes. You may also use your profit towards tuition. Forms will be passed out the beginning of September and all money and forms are due by 10/13. We will accept CASH ONLY\, no checks will be accepted!!! You will receive $5 for every tub of cookies you sell!!! Top two sellers will receive $100 bonus towards costumes/tuition to be applied directly to your account! We will be accepting cookie money during the week if one of the staff is in the office and is free. Please be patient since we need to count all money and verify forms when it is dropped off. Pick up will be ONLY on Friday 11/16. If you do not pick up your cookie dough on this day it will go bad and not be able to be handed out. We will do time slots starting around 4:00 by the student’s last name. If you think pick up will be a problem for you please consider that when participating in this fundraiser.
