DESCRIPTION: Costume Sizing Week \nCostume Sizing week is when I\, Miss Kiirsten\, will personally measure each child so we can pick out the appropriate size costume size for them. I measure the bust\, hips\, waist and girth and add an extra inch or so for growing room. Once I have measured every child\, I will then compare the measurements to a sizing chart to pick the appropriate size for your child. You have the option to let me choose the size or you may review the size chart and select the size you want. If you want to pick your child’s size it is your responsibility to reach out to me and schedule a time for us to look at measurements.  If you do not make an arrangement with me\, you are forfeiting your right to choose your child’s costume size and leaving it to me.  \nEither way\, there is a $10 exchange fee for any costume that is ordered and needs to be exchanged due to a sizing conflict. There is also a $10 fee for XL & up adult costumes.

DESCRIPTION:Fundraising Raffle Calendar \nBased on the success of last year we are selling raffle calendars for the month of November. We will provide a calendar and you may also copy if more are needed. The cost of the calendar is $10 and distribution of cash is as follows: \n\nFOR DISNEY & COMP DANCERS– You will get 100% of the profit ($10) for every calendar you sell to your account or Disney.\nFOR ALL OTHER DANCERS– You will get 50% of the profit ($5) for every calendar you sell towards your account. The other $5 will go towards our scholarship fund just like last year.\n\nAll money and slips must be submitted to the office by 10/29.We will accept CASH ONLY\,(NO COINS PLEASE) no checks/cards will be accepted!!! When you sell a calendar\, please fill out the bottom and submit it to the office with money. Be sure you write the dancer’s name on the calendar as well to receive proper credit. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISTRIBUTING PRIZES IF SOMEONE YOU SELL TO WINS.  Everyday in November\, we will pull a winner for that day’s prize. We will announce it on social media and the dancer who sold it to the winner is responsible to be sure they get the prize from the studio.

DESCRIPTION:Costumes \nAs you know our Cookie Dough fundraiser helps to defray the cost of costumes. Any extra money that goes beyond costume payments will be put towards tuition. We are doing an early bird rate of $70 for costumes if paid by 10/29. We will be billing for costumes shortly so please make note of this when you review your account balance. Any costumes paid after 10/29 will increase to $80. All final costume payments are due by 12/10. If your costumes are not paid\, they will NOT be ordered which results in your child not being able to participate in the Recital. \n  \nPlease keep in mind these prices are cost per costume. Please see class descriptions for an accurate count of how many dances each class performs (for example: Creative Movement 2 has two costumes). There will be an additional $10 fee for an XL and XXL Adult costume. I know this is a tough time of year for people to be spending extra money but I will need to order the costumes in December to ensure their arrival. You may make payments at any time. Top two sellers will receive a $100 bonus towards costumes/tuition to be applied directly to your account! We will be accepting cookie money during the week if one of the staff members is in the office and is free. Please be patient since we need to count all the money and verify forms when it is dropped off. Pick up will be ONLY on Friday 11/18. If you do not pick up your cookie dough on this day\, it will go bad and not be able to be handed out. We will do time slots starting around 4:00 PM by the student’s last name. If you think pick up will be a problem for you\, please consider that when participating in this fundraiser. Keep in mind\, anyone can pick up your cookie dough!

If we all work together\, we can make it a great experience for everyone!\nIf you have a question or concern during Recital DO NOT APPROACH THE BACKSTAGE STAFF OR STAFF DIRECTING FROM THE FRONT. Please bring your question or concern to the staff at the table in the foyer and they will make sure it gets to the appropriate person in a timely fashion. \n\n\n\n\nNo food or drinks allowed in the auditorium (water only)\nEnter and exit the auditorium during a dance change only.\nPlease be respectful of the staff member at the door. DESCRIPTION:There is no mother’s section again this year due to limited seating availability. \n\n\nRecital Ticket sales are from 8:00AM-10:00AM at the studio on Sunday\, June 5th. YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE PAID IN FULL\, INCLUDING JUNE TUITION\, IN ORDER TO BUY TICKETS.\n\n\nCASH/CREDIT CARD ONLY SALE (no checks will be accepted)\nFrom 8:00AM-10:00AM you will be guaranteed SIX TOTAL Recital tickets (NOT SIX PER SHOW)!  If you do not come during this block you will forfeit your tickets and they will be sold as extras come 10:00AM. \nYou may send a representative for you to purchase tickets if you are unable to come\, as long as your account is paid in full. \nTickets are assigned seating (different from last year) and ARE PER SHOW. An afternoon ticket cannot be used for the evening show and vice versa.\nOnce 10:00 AM rolls around\, there will be a separate line for additional ticket purchases. You may purchase additional tickets at this time. We will stay until noon or until all tickets have sold out. \nThere will be two separate lines\, one for the 8:00 AM sale and one for the 10:00 AM sale. Please do not hold spots for people. Should this be an issue\, both parties will be sent to the back of the line.\nIf you are a mother and do not want to purchase a ticket since you will be able to watch the live feed in the back\, you will be allowed to come in FOR AWARDS ONLY\, STANDING ROOM ONLY at the end of the second show. DESCRIPTION:Picture week (May 16th-21st) is when all of the students participating in Recital take pictures as groups and individuals. If you are not in Recital\, you may take individual pictures in your class attire if you wish. Purchasing or participating in pictures is optional and not mandatory. We will not be having normal dance classes during picture week but will hold fitness classes. Picture week schedule will not be exactly the same as your normal class schedule.
